Principal of Stanford Knight & Partners and a Partner at one of Vanuatu’s largest law firms, holding a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) and a Bachelor of Law from the University of the South Pacific and practising since 2012. Extensive experience across multi-jurisdictional transactions, banking and finance, corporate, employment, intellectual property, conveyancing and commercial litigation. Former Secretary of Transparency International Vanuatu.

A dual citizen of New Zealand and Vanuatu, resident in Vanuatu for 13 years, and Trade Commissioner of the Republic of Vanuatu to New Zealand. Extensive private sector experience across tourism and hospitality, operations, project management and property development, with practical knowledge of investing and operating businesses in Vanuatu. Her focus is guiding clients through citizenship and helping them take full advantage of it.

Glen Craig was the Private Sector Advisor that worked with the Vanuatu Government that developed  Vanuatu’s citizenship by investment programme in 2012 — a perspective no other adviser in this industry can offer, because he helped build the programme from the ground up including drafting the changes to the constitution to allow dual citizenship. As the Vanuatu government’s Special Envoy for International Business , he sits at the intersection of government, policy and private investment.

A dual New Zealand and Vanuatu citizen with more than 25 years based in the Pacific, Glen brings an extensive private-sector background finance, policy development, banking and fintech. His clients include governments, financial institutions, corporates, regional agencies and institutional investors. He has served on numerous public and private boards and committees in the Pacific including as Chair of the Vanuatu Business Resilience Council.

I oversee end to end client operations for citizenship by investment and permanent residency applications at Stanford Knight & Partners, managing each stage of the client journey with clarity and consistency. My background spans client success, operations, and international program coordination across corporate and mission driven environments, including leadership development and global programs. This experience has strengthened my ability to manage diverse stakeholders and navigate complex application processes across multiple jurisdictions.

My focus within Stanford Knight & Partners is to deliver a seamless client experience grounded in clear communication and attention to detail, so clients feel informed, supported, and confident at every stage of their application journey.

Based between Dubai and London, James as founder of VIMB – Vanuatu Investment Marketing Bureau – was largely responsible for establishing global awareness of Vanuatu’s Development Support Program (DSP) following its launch in 2017. The program has evolved to become one of the most sought-after citizenship by investment (CBI) programs in the world today, and an important contributor to Vanuatu’s economic development.

Following the merger of VIMB with Stanford Knight & Partners (SKP), James retains a role as Special Advisor in support of SKP’s international activities.

He is extensively involved within the Commonwealth as a Strategic Advisor to the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council (CWEIC) and is a Board member of the Commonwealth Foundation.

James is also Vanuatu’s Honorary Consul to the United Kingdom in London, a position he has held since 2020. In this role he has represented Vanuatu’s interests in a wide range of diplomatic and commercial arenas including Vanuatu’s climate change agenda and fund-raising for the country’s energy transition goals.

Enrique has been with the Dubai office since 2021 in the role of Client Advisor and now Principal Client Advisor. During this time, he has accumulated vast experience in managing the processing of cases, including those of a complex nature.

His patient and diligent approach to case management is a reflection of his multi-year experience in customer service in the hospitality industry. Enrique was deployed to support Vanuatu’s Pavilion at Dubai Expo 2020 as a key member of the Vanuatu team, promoting the country on the international stage.

His motto is to build and maintain strong client relationships to drive solutions and deliver exceptional service, providing the expertise and professionalism the industry requires, and more, with a high level of communication.

Originally from Venezuela, Enrique is a graduate of Hotel Management and Hospitality Services and has lived in the UAE since 2018.

Based between Tokyo and London, Mark represents Stanford Knight & Partners in the United Kingdom and undertakes advisory work in support of the Government of Vanuatu, drawing on his UK government networks and relationships to facilitate and host visits by Vanuatu government delegations.

Mark’s career began with the UK Government, including service in the Private Office of The Rt. Hon. Alan Clark MP, then Minister of State for Defence Procurement.

He subsequently built a career advising the global financial services industry, culminating in the co-founding of Elbrus Partners, a global financial markets advisory firm where he remains a Partner, supporting Boards and C-Suite executives of leading financial institutions on strategic growth and human capital matters.

In 2010, Mark was granted the Freedom of the City of London, an ancient honour dating back to 1237.
