1. About us

This website is operated by Stanford Knight & Partners Limited, a company incorporated in the Republic of Vanuatu, registered office One, The Parc, Winston Churchill Avenue, Port Vila, Vanuatu.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Information only — not advice

Everything on this website is general information about citizenship, residency and immigration programmes. It is not legal, immigration, tax, investment or financial advice, and you should not act on it without taking advice on your own circumstances.

Nothing on this site is an offer, and nothing on it creates a client relationship. We act for you only once we have issued an engagement letter, you have signed it, and we have completed our own client acceptance and due diligence checks. Sending an enquiry, receiving a reply, or having a preliminary conversation does not make you a client and does not oblige us to act.

3. Accuracy and availability

We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date. We may change or remove content, or suspend or withdraw the site, at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

4. Acceptable use

You may view, download and print pages for your own information or internal business use. You may not:

• use the site unlawfully, or for any fraudulent or misleading purpose;
• copy, republish or exploit our content commercially without written permission;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any system connected to it, or introduce malicious code;

• submit false information, or another person’s information without their authority.

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, layout and the name Stanford Knight & Partners — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. Nothing on the site transfers any right in it to you.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• the site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind;
• we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content, including lost profits, lost opportunity, business interruption, or indirect or consequential loss;
• where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount of any fees you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Vanuatu, and the courts of Vanuatu have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove protections you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
